My new website – American History Fun Facts
I’m building a new website using Site Build It!, and thought I’d post about the process as I build it. Right now, I’ve only got 3 pages up, but I’m adding new pages every day! I am so fascinated with American history, and I love learning about all aspects of our country. I am most interested in the early years – the founding of our country and the men and women involved.
My site will be growing daily, as I have so many topics to cover! I hope that you will follow along with me on this new journey, and even take the time to add your favorite “American History Fun Fact” to my site!

Tinkerbell Cake
I recently made my second fondant decorated cake, and I thought it turned out very cute! My great niece wanted a Tinkerbell cake for her birthday, and I enthusiastically jumped at the chance to make one! I made marshamallow fondant for the bulk of the cake, and then used buttercream for some of the piping. The flowers are all made of fonant, and the figures were purchased. Here is a photo of the finished cake. I had so much fun making this one! And my niece screamed when she saw it…. she really liked it!
